No Subsidiary of the Company, other than the Company Trusts, is bound by any outstanding subscriptions, options, warrants, calls, commitments or agreements of any character calling for the purchase or issuance of any shares of capital stock or any other equity interest of such Subsidiary or any securities representing the right to purchase or otherwise receive any shares of capital stock or any other equity interest of such Subsidiary.
The funding of the Company Trusts has not resulted in any material diminution of the regulatory capital of The Dime Savings Bank of New York.
