Company TSR definition

Company TSR means the Company’s Total Shareholder Return for a TSR Performance Period.
Company TSR means, for any Performance Period, the Company’s TSR for such Performance Period.
Company TSR means (A) the Ending Company TSR minus the Beginning Company TSR divided by (B) the Beginning Company TSR, with the quotient expressed as a percentage.

  • The Company TSR Percentile Ranking will be determined as set forth in Section 2(c) below.

More Definitions of Company TSR

Company TSR means the Company’s compounded annual total shareholder return for a TSR Performance Period calculated in accordance with the total shareholder return calculation methodology used in the Index (and, for the avoidance of doubt, assuming the reinvestment of all dividends paid on a share of Stock); provided, however, that for purposes of calculating the Company’s TSR for a TSR Performance Period, the share price on the first day of the TSR Performance Period shall be equal to the Beginning Market Value and the share price on the last day of the TSR Performance Period shall be the Ending Market Value.
Company TSR means the total shareholder return of the Company and shall equal the sum of (I) the Share Price on the Vesting Date and (II) the aggregate amount of any cash dividends paid on a per share basis on any shares of Common Stock (calculated as if such dividends had been reinvested in Common Stock on the date the dividends were paid) during the period between the Date of Grant and the Vesting Date.
Company TSR means the Company’s compounded annual total shareholder return for the applicable performance period calculated in accordance with the total shareholder return calculation methodology used in the BBRESHOP Index (and, for the avoidance of doubt, assuming the reinvestment of all dividends paid).
Company TSR means the Company’s total shareholder return for the Performance Period, which shall be calculated by dividing (i) the Closing Average Share Value by (ii) the Opening Average Value and then subtracting one (1).

The calculation of Company TSR shall measure the percentage difference between (x) the average closing prices as reported on the national securities exchange on which it is then trading for each of the ten trading days ending on the last day of the applicable Measurement Period and each of the ten trading days beginning immediately after the last day of the applicable Measurement Period and (y) $21.00 (which amount shall be adjusted appropriately to reflect any stock splits and any stock combinations of Common Stock occurring during the applicable Measurement Period). The calculation of Company TSR shall assume that dividends paid on a share of Common Stock are reinvested in additional shares of Common Stock (“Reinvested Shares”) based on the Fair Market Value on the date the dividend is paid. Dividends paid on the number of shares of Common Stock equal to the number of Reinvested Shares also shall be taken into account in the calculation of Company TSR.
