C-3.02 Unless Landlord shall at any time designate otherwise, the parking area(s) behind the rear of the Building shall be the area designated for the parking of Company Vehicles.
The relevant Borrower shall provide written confirmation to the Administrative Agent acknowledging receipt of Eligible New Floor Plan Units, Specified New Floor Plan Units, Eligible Rental Floor Plan Units or Permitted Company Vehicles no later than 48 hours after the delivery of such Eligible New Floor Plan Units, Specified New Floor Plan Units, Eligible Rental Floor Plan Units or Permitted Company Vehicles.
C-3.01 Unless the Premises shall constitute the entire Building, Tenant shall cause all of its principals, officers and employees to park Tenant's and their vehicles (collectively, the "Company Vehicles") solely in areas of the parking field, if any, designated by Landlord for such purpose.
Landlord shall have no liability whatsoever for towing or stickering Company Vehicles as aforesaid, and Landlord shall use reasonable efforts to notify Tenant of the first occurrence (only) of the same before taking any such action.
As per the National Dangerous Goods Code the carrying of matches or cigarette lighters in Company Vehicles is also prohibited.
On or prior to the applicable Vehicle Funding Date, the Group IV Lessor or, with respect to Group IV Financed Vehicles (other than the Company Vehicles), the applicable Group IV Lessee, as the case may be, shall have good and marketable title to each such Group IV Vehicle, free and clear of all Liens and encumbrances, other than any Permitted Liens.
C-3.04 Unless the Premises shall constitute the entire Building, Landlord shall have the right to place self-adhering stickers on or have towed away any Company Vehicles which are parked in areas other than those designated therefor by Landlord or which otherwise are not in compliance with any rules and regulations of Landlord with respect to the parking facilities.
Promptly following such Used Vehicle Transaction, the applicable Group IV Lessee shall complete and deliver an application to retitle such Used Vehicle in the name of the Group IV Lessor (in the case of Group IV Acquired Vehicles and Company Vehicles) or such Group IV Lessee (in the case of Group IV Financed Vehicles other than Company Vehicles) and to have noted thereon the Master Collateral Agent's security interest in such Used Vehicle pursuant to the Master Collateral Agency Agreement.
Company Vehicles: When company vehicles are to be used, the person or persons shall leave the company office at 8:00 a.m. and return to the company office by 4:30 p.m. Any time spent before 8:00 a.m. and after 4:30 p.m. will be paid on overtime travel basis.
The Group IV Lessor agrees to execute a power of attorney substantially in the form of ATTACHMENT B hereto (a "POWER OF ATTORNEY"), and such other documents as may be necessary in order to allow the Group IV Lessees to title, register and dispose of the Group IV Acquired Vehicles and the Company Vehicles leased hereunder; and each Group IV Lessee acknowledges and agrees that with respect to the Group IV Acquired Vehicles, it has no right, title or interest in or with respect to any Certificate of Title.
