Company’s wharf definition

Company’s wharf means the wharf to be constructed by the Company pursuant to this Agreement for the shipment of iron ore from the mineral lease or (except for the purposes of the definition of “harbour”) other the temporary wharf for the time being approved by the Minister as the Company’s wharf for the purposes hereof during the period to which such approval relates;
Company’s wharf means any wharf constructed by or on behalf of the Company pursuant to this Agreement for the shipment of ore from the mineral lease any wharf established by Hamersley at Dampier in the said State or any temporary wharf for the time being approved by the Minister as the Company’s wharf for the purposes hereof during the period to which such approval relates;
Company’s wharf means the wharf or wharves constructed by the Company pursuant to this Agreement or (except for the purposes of the definition of “port”) the temporary wharf for the time being approved by the Minister as the Company’s wharf for the purposes hereof during the period to which such approval relates;

Related to Company’s wharf

  • Harbour Master means the ABP Harbour Master or Dock Master for the Port (as appropriate) or their authorised representative;

  • integrated iron and steel industry means an industry for the manufacture of iron and steel or for the manufacture of steel from iron ore by a process which does not necessarily involve the production of pig iron or basic iron in the production of steel;

  • Associated Company means any legal entity of which a person or company has direct or indirect Control and only as long as a person or company maintains direct or indirect Control.

  • COVID-19 means SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19, and any evolutions thereof or any other related or associated epidemics, pandemics or disease outbreaks.

  • Michigan economic development corporation means the public body corporate created under section 28 of article VII of the state constitution of 1963 and the urban cooperation act of 1967, 1967 (Ex Sess) PA 7, MCL 124.501 to 124.512, by a contractual interlocal agreement effective April 5, 1999, as amended, between local participating economic development corporations formed under the economic development corporations act, 1974 PA 338, MCL 125.1601 to 125.1636, and the Michigan strategic fund. If the Michigan economic development corporation is unable for any reason to perform its duties under this act, those duties may be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.
