Comparable Second Lien Security Document definition
Comparable Second Lien Security Document means, in relation to any Collateral subject to any Lien created under any First Lien Security Document, the Second Lien Security Document that creates a Lien on the same Collateral, granted by the same Grantor.
Comparable Second Lien Security Document means, in relation to any Common Collateral subject to any First Priority Security Document, that Second Priority Security Document that creates a security interest in the same Common Collateral, granted by the same Loan Party, as applicable.
