Executive’s Base Salary may be increased by the Compensation Committee and/or Board in their sole discretion, but shall not be decreased without Executive’s consent.
If granted, such equity awards will be governed by the terms of the related award agreements, the Equity Plan and the terms and conditions approved by the Board or the Compensation Committee of the Board.
