Compensatory Award definition

Compensatory Award means the compensation referred to in section 30 (7) (b)) of the Act;
Compensatory Award means an award as to compensation made on behalf of the Institute:
Compensatory Award shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(A)(iv).

Examples of Compensatory Award in a sentence

  • The Compensatory Award Payments shall be paid as soon as practicable following the Effective Time, without interest.
