Compensatory Award definition

Compensatory Award means the compensation referred to in section 30 (7) (b)) of the Act;
Compensatory Award shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(A)(v).

Examples of Compensatory Award in a sentence

  • The Compensatory Award Payments shall be paid as soon as practicable following the Effective Time, without interest.

  • From and after the Effective Time, any such Terminated Compensatory Award shall no longer be exercisable by the former holder thereof or settleable in shares.

  • At the Effective Time, each Company Compensatory Award then outstanding under any of the Company Plans shall be treated in accordance with the provisions of Section 6.11.

  • Each outstanding Company Compensatory Award was granted subject to the terms of a Company Plan.

  • The Compensatory Award Payments will be paid as soon as practicable following the Effective Time, without interest.


More Definitions of Compensatory Award
