Compensatory Transaction definition
Compensatory Transaction has the meaning set forth in Section 7.03(b)(iii).
Compensatory Transaction means the exercise of a stock option or any other transaction in which the Optionee receives Stock in connection with the performance of services to the Company or any affiliate of the Company.
