Compete For means Transport For London’s CompeteFor portal which can be accessed via ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/business/login.jsp; means any of the Terms and Conditions which constitute part of this Agreement;
