Competing Equity Deal definition
Competing Equity Deal means a Competing Transaction consisting of the sale and issuance by the Company of any capital stock and/or other Equity Securities to any other Person other than Purchaser, or any merger, consolidation or other business combination involving the Company or any Subsidiary and any other Person other than Purchaser.
