Competition Matches definition

Competition Matches means all thirty-two (32) football matches held in the Competition. “Competition Name” means the following official name of the Competition:
Competition Matches means all matches in the competitions, including finals matches.
Competition Matches. Means the matches as played on a home and away basis, but does not include the Semifinals, Preliminary Finals or Grand Final matches.

  • Registered referees (and assistant referees where approved by The FA or County FA) for all Competition Matches shall be appointed in a manner approved by the Management Committee and by the Sanctioning Authority.

  • All Competition Matches shall be played on pitches deemed suitable by the Management Committee.

  • In the event of two or more Teams still being equal, the Team which has the better playing record against the other Team in their head to head Competition Matches during the Playing Season will be placed highest.

  • For the purposes of this Rule 22(D) a completed fixture shall include any Competition Match(es) which has been awarded by the Management Committee.

  • Competition Matches should be played in accordance with the Laws appropriate to the relevant age group, as laid down by The FA, as detailed below.

  • The Management Committee shall have power to decide whether a pitch and/or facilities are suitable for Competition Matches and to order the Club concerned to play its Competition Matches on another ground.

  • All Competition Matches shall be played in accordance with the Laws of the Game as determined by the International Football Association Board or, for Mini-Soccer, and 9v9 football, the Rules as set down by The FA.

  • Referees must order Competition Matches to commence at the appointed time and must report all late starts to the Competition.

  • All Competition Matches shall have a duration as set out below unless a shorter time is mutually arranged by the two Clubs in consultation with the referee prior to the commencement of the Competition Match, and in any event shall be of equal halves.

  • For the purposes of this Rule 22(D) a completed fixture shall include any Competition Match (es) which has been awarded by the Management Committee.MATCH OFFICIALS23, (A) Registered referees (and assistant referees where approved by The FA or County FA) for all Competition Matches shall be appointed in a manner approved by the Management Committee and by the Sanctioning Authority(B) In cases where there are no officially appointed Match Officials in attendance, the Clubs shall agree upon a referee.

Related to Competition Matches

  • Competition Match means any match played or to be played under the jurisdiction of the Competition.

  • Competitions means any competition comprised within the Event where the winner is awarded a prize. A Competition may be comprised of one or more qualification phase/sections, runs or heats, including official training sessions. In the FIS Rules, Competitions are sometimes also referred to as “races”.

  • Non-Competition Period means the period the Executive is employed by the Company plus one (1) year from the Termination Date if the Executive's employment is terminated (i) by the Company for any reason, (ii) by the Executive for any reason, or (iii) by reason of either the Company's or the Executive's decision not to extend the term of this Agreement as contemplated by Section 1 hereof.

  • Solicitation Materials means, collectively, the solicitation materials with respect to the Plan.

  • Contractor attributional/proprietary information means information that identifies the contractor(s), whether directly or indirectly, by the grouping of information that can be traced back to the contractor(s) (e.g., program description, facility locations), personally identifiable information, as well as trade secrets, commercial or financial information, or other commercially sensitive information that is not customarily shared outside of the company.

  • Compete means to provide Competitive Services, whether Employee is acting on behalf of himself/herself, or in conjunction with or in concert with any other entity, person, or business, including activities performed while working for or on behalf of a Customer.

  • Competition or “Competitions” means any competition comprised within the Event where the winner is awarded a prize. A Competition may be comprised of one or more qualification phase/sections, runs or heats, including official training sessions. In the FIS Rules, Competitions are sometimes also referred to as “races”.

  • Generic Competition has the meaning set forth in Section 7.4.3.

  • Non-Competition Agreements has the meaning set out in Section 7.1.1.7;

  • Confidential Information Breach This shall mean, generally, an instance where an unauthorized person or entity accesses Confidential Information in any manner, including but not limited to the following occurrences: (1) any Confidential Information that is not encrypted or protected is misplaced, lost, stolen or in any way compromised; (2)one or more third parties have had access to or taken control or possession of any Confidential Information that is not encrypted or protected without prior written authorization from the State; (3) the unauthorized acquisition of encrypted or protected Confidential Information together with the confidential process or key that is capable of compromising the integrity of the Confidential Information; or (4) if there is a substantial risk of identity theft or fraud to the Client Agency, the Contractor, DAS or State.

  • Non-Competition Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1 of this Agreement.

  • Competitive contracting means the method described in sections 45 through 49 of P.L.1999, c.440 (C.18A:18A-4.1 through C.18A:18A-4.5) of contracting for specialized goods and services in which formal proposals are solicited from vendors; formal proposals are evaluated by the purchasing agent or counsel or School Business Administrator; and the Board awards a contract to a vendor or vendors from among the formal proposals received.

  • Proprietary Data means Data embodying trade secrets developed at private expense or commercial or financial information that is privileged or confidential, and that includes a restrictive notice, unless the Data is: a. known or available from other sources without restriction; b. known, possessed, or developed independently, and without reference to the Proprietary Data; c. made available by the owners to others without restriction; or d. required by law or court order to be disclosed.

  • Further Competition Award Criteria means the award criteria set out in Part 2 of Framework Schedule 6 (Award Criteria);

  • Proprietary Items as defined in Section 7.2(a)(iv).

  • Contractor attributional/proprietary information means information that identifies the contractor(s), whether directly or indirectly, by the grouping of information that can be traced back to the contractor(s) (e.g., program description, facility locations), personally identifiable information, as well as trade secrets, commercial or financial information, or other commercially sensitive information that is not customarily shared outside of the company.

  • Proprietary Account means (1) a securities investment or trading account held in the name of an Employee or any of his or her Family Members, or of which that Employee or any of his or her Family Members has Beneficial Ownership, or (2) a proprietary investment or trading account maintained for the Firm or its Employees, except that the term “Proprietary Account” does not include any such account to which the Firm serves as investment adviser.

  • Noncompetition Period has the meaning set forth in Section 9.01.

  • Proprietary Information and Technology means any and all of the following: works of authorship, computer programs, source code and executable code, whether embodied in software, firmware or otherwise, assemblers, applets, compilers, user interfaces, application programming interfaces, protocols, architectures, documentation, annotations, comments, designs, files, records, schematics, test methodologies, test vectors, emulation and simulation tools and reports, hardware development tools, models, tooling, prototypes, breadboards and other devices, data, data structures, databases, data compilations and collections, inventions (whether or not patentable), invention disclosures, discoveries, improvements, technology, proprietary and confidential ideas and information, know-how and information maintained as trade secrets, tools, concepts, techniques, methods, processes, formulae, patterns, algorithms and specifications, customer lists and supplier lists and any and all instantiations or embodiments of the foregoing or any Intellectual Property Rights in any form and embodied in any media.

  • Proprietary Information shall have the same meaning as Confidential Information.

  • Nonsolicitation Period means the Employment Period and a period ending one year after the Date of Termination; and

  • contributory employment and support allowance means an allowance under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 as amended by the provisions of Schedule 3, and Part 1 of Schedule 14, to the Welfare Reform Act 2012 that remove references to an income-related allowance and a contributory allowance under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 as that Part has effect apart from those provisions;

  • Further Competition Procedure means the ordering procedure described in paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedure) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Proprietary and Confidential Information means trade secrets, confidential knowledge, data or any other proprietary or confidential information of the Company or any of its affiliates, or of any customers, members, employees or directors of any of such entities, but shall not include any information that (i) was publicly known and made generally available in the public domain prior to the time of disclosure to Executive by the Company or (ii) becomes publicly known and made generally available after disclosure to Executive by the Company other than as a result of a disclosure by Executive in violation of this Agreement. By way of illustration but not limitation, “Proprietary and Confidential Information” includes: (i) trade secrets, documents, memoranda, reports, files, correspondence, lists and other written and graphic records affecting or relating to any such entity’s business; (ii) confidential marketing information including without limitation marketing strategies, customer and client names and requirements, services, prices, margins and costs; (iii) confidential financial information; (iv) personnel information (including without limitation employee compensation); and (v) other confidential business information.

  • Purchaser Confidential Information means all confidential or proprietary documents and information concerning the Purchaser or any of its Representatives; provided, however, that Purchaser Confidential Information shall not include any information which, (i) at the time of disclosure by the Company, the Seller Representative or any of their respective Representatives, is generally available publicly and was not disclosed in breach of this Agreement or (ii) at the time of the disclosure by the Purchaser or its Representatives to the Company, the Seller Representative or any of their respective Representatives, was previously known by such receiving party without violation of Law or any confidentiality obligation by the Person receiving such Purchaser Confidential Information. For the avoidance of doubt, from and after the Closing, Purchaser Confidential Information will include the confidential or proprietary information of the Target Companies.

  • Company Proprietary Software means all Software owned by the Company.
