Competitive Supplier Terms means Narragansett’s Terms and Conditions for Nonregulated Power Producers, R.I.P.U.C. No. 1191, as may be amended from time to time and approved by the PUC.

Costs - means any brokerage fees, commissions and other transactional costs reasonably incurred by the Non-Defaulting Party either as a result of terminating any xxxxxx or other risk management contracts entered into with respect to this Agreement and/or entering into new arrangements to replace the early termination of this Agreement, and reasonable expenses, including attorney's fees, incurred by the Non-Defaulting Party in connection with the termination of this Agreement.

  • Competitive Products shall include any product or service that directly or indirectly competes with, is substantially similar to, or serves as a reasonable substitute for, any product or service in research, development or design, or manufactured, produced, sold or distributed by the Company;
