Competitive Supplier Terms definition

Competitive Supplier Terms means Narragansett’s Terms and Conditions for Nonregulated Power Producers, R.I.P.U.C. No. 1191, as may be amended from time to time and approved by the PUC.
Competitive Supplier Terms means NHPUC’s PUC 2000 Competitive Electric Power Supplier Rules, as may be amended from time to time.
Competitive Supplier Terms means the Terms and Conditions for Competitive Suppliers, which are a part of the Retail Delivery Tariff, as may be amended from time to time.

Competitive Supplier Terms means Mass. Electric’s Model Terms and Conditions for Competitive Suppliers, M.D.P.U. No. 1349, as may be amended from time to time.
Competitive Supplier Terms means Narragansett’s Terms and Conditions for Nonregulated Power Producers, R.I.P.U.C. No. 1124, as may be amended from time to time and approved by the RIPUC. Contract Products - means (1) the six ISO New England market products: Installed Capability, Energy, Ten Minute Spinning Reserves, Thirty Minute Operating Reserves, Ten Minute Non- Spinning Reserves and Automatic Generation Control, all as defined in the NEPOOL Agreement or the NEPOOL Rules and (2) any new market products imposed by NEPOOL or the ISO during the Term of Agreement. Narragansett acknowledges that Seller may meet its obligations to provide Contract Products through use of its own generation resources, bilateral purchases, imported power or purchases from the ISO spot market. Contract Rate means for each month during the Delivery Term, the value per megawatt-hour equal to the amount set forth in Appendix C. Costs - means any brokerage fees, commissions and other transactional costs reasonably incurred by the Non-Defaulting Party either as a result of terminating any ▇▇▇▇▇▇ or other risk management contracts entered into with respect to this Agreement and/or entering into new arrangements to replace the early termination of this Agreement, and reasonable expenses, including attorney's fees, incurred by the Non-Defaulting Party in connection with the termination of this Agreement.
