Narragansett acknowledges that Seller may meet its obligations to provide Contract Products through use of its own generation resources, bilateral purchases, imported power or purchases from the ISO spot market. Contract Rate means for each month during the Delivery Term, the value per megawatt-hour equal to the amount set forth in Appendix C. Costs - means any brokerage fees, commissions and other transactional costs reasonably incurred by the Non-Defaulting Party either as a result of terminating any ▇▇▇▇▇▇ or other risk management contracts entered into with respect to this Agreement and/or entering into new arrangements to replace the early termination of this Agreement, and reasonable expenses, including attorney's fees, incurred by the Non-Defaulting Party in connection with the termination of this Agreement.
