Competitor Event definition

Competitor Event has the meaning set out in clause 16.7;

  • If, following the expiration of such ninety (90) day period, Landlord is not a Tenant Competitor and does not own a Tenant Competitor, then Tenant’s Exercise Notice shall be of no further effect in respect of such Tenant Competitor Event and Tenant shall no longer be entitled to elect the Purchase Option in connection with such Tenant Competitor Event.
