Complaint decision definition

Complaint decision means a determination of conduct by a public officer or employee made by the board on the complaint of a person or entity.

Examples of Complaint decision in a sentence

  • The CHC-MCO must abide by the final decision of the PID when a Participant has filed an external appeal of a second level Complaint decision.

  • The PH-MCO must abide by the final decision of the Departments of Health or Insurance (as applicable) when a Member has filed an external appeal of a second level Complaint decision.

  • The CHC-MCO must abide by the final DOH decision when a Participant has filed an external appeal of a second level Complaint decision.
