Complaint Log definition

Complaint Log means a list of complaint-related information.
Complaint Log means a report which is prepared monthly by BMT for each calendar month listing all Complaints received by BMT during the prior calendar month and the disposition of prior Complaints during the prior calendar month. The Complaint Log shall include, without limitation, the date the Complaint was received, the channel of receipt (telephone, email, specific agency such as the FDIC or Better Business Bureau), the date the Complaint was responded to, a description of the issues raised in the Complaint, and a description of the resolution of the Complaint.
Complaint Log means the database used by Fitch Ratings to record the receipt of Complaints, to retain records of Complaints, and to track the treatment of Complaints.

Related to Complaint Log

  • Complaint means any dissatisfaction expressed by a Complainant orally or in writing to HMO about any aspect of HMO’s operation, including, but not limited to:

For purposes of this section, “material” refers, but is not limited, to any action or pending action that a reasonable person knowledgeable in the applicable industry would consider relevant to the Work under the Contract or any development such a person would want to be aware of in order to stay fully apprised of the total mix of information relevant to the Work, together with any litigation threatened or pending that may result in a substantial change in the Contractor’s financial condition.
