As a minimum, coverage for Premises, Operations, Products and Completed Operations shall be $2,000,000.
CGL & Excess liability policies for any construction related work, including, but not limited to, maintenance, service, or repair work, shall continue coverage for a minimum of 5 years for Completed Operations liability coverage.

If a CG2010 07 04 Additional Insured – Owners, Lessees, or Contractors – Scheduled Person or Organization endorsement is provided by the Operator’s Commercial General Liability, then the additional endorsement of GC2037 10 01 Additional Insured – Owners, Lessees, or Contractors – Completed Operations shall be required to provide back coverage for the contractor’s “your work” as defined in the policy and liability arising out of the products- completed operations hazard..
General Contractor must continue to carry Products and Completed Operations insurance for a minimum of three (3) years following completion of construction.
