Completion and acceptance means the stage in the progress of the work as determined by the CO named in the DO and determined in writing to the Contractor, wherein all worked required under each DO has been completed in a satisfactory manner, subject to the discovery of defects.

Examples of Completion and acceptance in a sentence

  • In making such partial payments, five percent (5%) of each payment to the Contractor shall be retained until Final Completion and acceptance of all Work covered by the Contract, unless otherwise provided by any law, regulation or program of the federal government.
