Completion and acceptance definition

Completion and acceptance means the stage in the progress of the work as determined by the CO named in the DO and determined in writing to the Contractor, wherein all worked required under each DO has been completed in a satisfactory manner, subject to the discovery of defects.

  • Regardless of passage of title, the risk of loss to any of the Work and to any goods, materials, equipment and furnishings, provided or to be provided under this Contract, shall remain with the Contractor until Final Completion and acceptance of the Work.
