Completion and Handover Certificate definition
Completion and Handover Certificate means the certificate to be issued by the Owner pursuant to clause 4.1.4(d) certifying that the Works or the relevant part of the Works have been completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the associated Asset(s) are ready for Adoption. The notice shall be in the form set out in Schedule 4. In order for the Works to be completed, such certificate must be accepted in accordance with clause 4.1.4;
Examples of Completion and Handover Certificate in a sentence
A relevant User Guide will be provided to the Purchaser on receipt by FMSL of the Completion and Handover Certificate referred to under clause 10 above.
Following the satisfactory performance of the above sub-clause, the Purchaser will sign and return to FMSL a Completion and Handover Certificate.
