Completion Cure Period definition

Completion Cure Period has the meaning ascribed thereto in sub- section 15.3(a).

  • If XxXx’s lender(s) fails to complete said construction by the last day of the Additional Lender Completion Cure Period, the City may terminate this Agreement by written notice to SiFi and its lender(s).

  • If SiFi fails to cure said deficiency by the last day of the Additional SiFi Completion Cure Period, SiFi’s lender(s) shall have an additional ninety (90) days from the end of the Additional SiFi Completion Cure Period to achieve Substantial Completion complete construction (the “Additional Lender Completion Cure Period”).

  • Buyer and Seller hereby acknowledge and agree that the terms, conditions and amounts fixed pursuant to the payment of liquidated damages provided herein are reasonable and will not constitute a penalty, considering the delay and the actual costs that Buyer will incur due to any Turbine Generator Unit failing to achieve Substantial Completion within the Substantial Completion Cure Period due to the sole fault or negligence of Seller.

Related to Completion Cure Period

  • Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Initial Cure Period As defined in Section 2.03(b).

  • Completion Payment means the payment for the 20% of the Charges for each Apprenticeship that under the ESFA Rules is only paid once an Apprentice takes their end point assessment, including as the case may be Apprenticeships funded by Transferred Levy Funds;

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Company Cure Period has the meaning specified in Section 10.01(b).

  • Cure Period means the period specified in this Agreement for curing any breach or default of any provision of this Agreement by the Party responsible for such breach or default and shall:

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Successful Completion means that in the reasonable opinion of the Customer, Deliverables completed by the Supplier are fit for purpose, completed on time and otherwise meet all the criteria defined under this Contract;

  • Construction Completion Date means the Completion Date of the Construction as specified in the Statutory Declaration of Completion for the Project;

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • Notice to Proceed (NTP) means the authorization issued by the CO to start performance on this Contract.

  • COMPLETION TIME means the period by ‘date/month’ specified in the ‘Letter of Intent/Award’ or date mutually agreed upon for handing over of the intended scope of work, the erected equipment/plant which are found acceptable by the Engineer, being of required standard and conforming to the specifications of the Contract.

  • Full Notice to Proceed means that all material third party contractors have been given the notice to proceed with construction by the Capacity Market Seller or its agent, with a guaranteed completion date backed by liquidated damages.

  • Feasibility Study means the evaluation and analysis of the potential of a project, which aims at supporting the process of decision-making by objectively and rationally uncovering its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, as well as identifying the resources required to carry it through and ultimately its prospects for success;

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Virtual Completion means the premise is in the opinion of the Employer fit for occupation.
