Completion of Installation definition

Completion of Installation means, for the Equipment and the Software, that the Equipment and/or the Software has been Delivered, installed and one test of the Equipment’s operation has been successfully completed by Miraclon except for self-installable Equipment and/or Software in which case the Completion of Installation shall be the date of Delivery.
Completion of Installation means, for Equipment and Software, that the Equipment and/or Software has been Delivered, installed and one test of the Equipment’s operation has been successfully completed by Kodak except for self-installable Equipment and/or Software where it shall mean the date of Delivery by Kodak. For Prosper Presses, however, Completion of Installation shall refer to acceptance as set forth in the Schedule – Prosper Press Customer Acceptance Plan.
Completion of Installation means the full completion of a Project listed in Schedule I hereunder, including the delivery and installation, if applicable, of all Equipment and all features required of said Project, as well as any alternates thereto accepted by the Buyer except that it does not include the Buyer’s final acceptance tests nor performance of the Seller's obligations in respect to final documents.

Examples of Completion of Installation in a sentence

  • If no such period is specified, the warranty shall be for a period that is the shorter of (i) twelve (12) months from the date of Completion of Installation of the Equipment, and (ii) fourteen (14) months from the date of Delivery by Miraclon.

  • Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Xxxxxxxx, the Customer or the Financing Company shall pay Miraclon hundred percent (100%) of the Product price upon Completion of Installation of the Goods.

  • Support Services will be performed within a reasonable time after Completion of Installation of the Equipment and the Software.

  • If the Financing Company requires the Customer to sign a delivery and acceptance certificate or other similar document confirming that the Financed Products have been delivered, installed and are operating (“D&A Certificate”), the Customer shall sign such D&A Certificate within three (3) days of Completion of Installation of each phase.

Completion of Installation means, for Equipment and Software, that the Equipment and/or Software has been delivered, installed and one test of the Equipment’s or Software’s operation has been successfully completed by Seller.

Related to Completion of Installation

  • New installation means an installation, construction of which began after the effective date of any regulation having application to it.

  • water installation means the pipes and water fittings which are situated on any premises and ownership thereof vests in the owner thereof and used or intended to be used in connection with the use of water on such premises, and includes a pipe and water fitting situated outside the boundary of the premises, which either connects to the connection pipe relating to such premises or is otherwise laid with the permission of the municipality;

  • Nuclear installation means any installation of such class or description as may be prescribed by regulations made by the relevant Secretary of State from time to time by statutory instrument, being an installation designed or adapted for:

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Standard Installation means the installation of drop cable to a customer’s premise where the distance from the point of entry into the building being served is less than 150 feet from the active cable television system plant.

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Military installation means: a base, camp, post, station, yard, center, homeport facility for any ship, or other activity under the jurisdiction of the Department of Defense, including any leased facility, which is located within any of the several States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Marianas Islands and any other U.S. Territory. Such term does not include any facility used primarily for civil works, rivers and harbors projects, or flood control projects.

  • drainage installation means a system situated on any premises and vested in the owner thereof and which is used for or intended to be used for or in connection with the reception, storage, treatment or conveyance of sewage on that premises to the connecting point and includes drains, fittings, appliances, septic tanks, conservancy tanks, pit latrines and private pumping installations forming part of or ancillary to such systems;

  • Installation means that the System or a Subsystem as specified in the Contract is ready for Commissioning as provided in GCC Clause 26 (Installation).

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Mechanical Completion means that (a) all components and systems of the Project have been properly constructed, installed and functionally tested according to EPC Contract requirements in a safe and prudent manner that does not void any equipment or system warranties or violate any permits, approvals or Laws; (b) the Project is ready for testing and commissioning, as applicable; (c) Seller has provided written acceptance to the EPC Contractor of mechanical completion as that term is specifically defined in the EPC Contract.

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.
