Completion of Loading definition

Completion of Loading means the time and date at which the operation of loading is completed, as recorded on the tanker time sheet prepared by the Terminal Operator;
Completion of Loading means the time (after the loading of the LNG Ship or, in the case of Clauses 7.16, 7.18, 7.21 and 7.27 only, after the loading of the LNG Ship or a failure to load the LNG Ship) at which LNG loading and vapor return lines have been finally disconnected at the Loading Port (or, if the LNG Ship has not been connected to the LNG loading and vapor return lines at the Loading Port, at the time at which the failure to deliver or take (as applicable) the relevant LNG Cargo arises);
Completion of Loading means, for loading operations with respect to a particular Vessel, the time at which such Vessel has ceased receiving Product and the Dock’s loading arm has been disconnected or could have been disconnected but for the Vessel.

  • Completion of Loading + 48 hours The Buyer shall ensure that the original bill(s) of lading are released to the relevant party at loading port within 48 hours of the completion of loading of the vessel.

  • Before Completion of Loading The Buyer shall provide final documentary instructions to the Seller.

  • An annual review and a five-year update of the District Master Plan are crucial to provide an efficient planning methodology to maintain infrastructure reliability and ensure sufficient system capacity.

  • For the purpose of Article 5.6.3.2, the Completion of Loading date shall count as Day one.
