Complex case definition

Complex case means a case allocated to the Complex category under rule 23 (allocation of cases to categories);
Complex case means an Assessment Appeal Application in which the amount of taxable value is $30,000,000 or more for any one year, or any other Application that the Board in its discretion deems complex.
