  • The General Partner and Discretionary Subadvisor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Compliance Audit Report to UST and SIGTARP within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days of the end of each Fiscal Year of the Partnership; provided that the first such Compliance Audit Report shall be furnished within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after December 31, 2010 and shall cover the period beginning on the Closing Date and ending December 31, 2010.
