Compliance Certificate Date definition
Compliance Certificate Date means the date upon which the Administrative Agent receives the Compliance Certificate for the second full fiscal quarter following the Initial Closing Date.
Compliance Certificate Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.01(d).
