Compliance Framework definition

Compliance Framework means a structured set of guidelines that details processes for maintaining accordance with established regulations, specifications or legislation such as, but not limited to, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and/or General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Compliance Framework means the relevant Supervisory Body's frameworks and/or any replacement to such frameworks for monitoring and assessing NHS Bodies and their compliance with any consents, permissions and approvals.
Compliance Framework. The set of procedures, monitoring actions and control systems required for the efficient supervision of the transactions and compliance of the Orange Money System with all applicable financial and banking regulations, especially with respect to prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing and more generally external and internal fraud and operational and compliance risks;
