Compliance Reporting. The Contractor shall document and report test, safety, security and environmental incidents (performance, failures, human factor issues, spills, etc.) as directed by the Government. The RTC Commander's Critical Information Reporting (CCIR) System will be used to report serious incidents and critical information. • Employee Cross-Functional Utilization (Personnel Flexibility): The Contractor shall develop multi-skilled personnel within the workforce with the ability to support short notice urgent test requirements. • Deliverables: A deliverable is a complete, concise, and usable product provided to the Government in the format and timeframe requested. These products will be provided by fully qualified personnel, per the Matrix of Certifications/Licensing/Training/Requirements to meet the requirements specified by published manuals, Test Plans and the direction given by Government points of contact.
