Compliance with Statutes. Powercall has complied with all provisions of the Building ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, Resource Management ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and all other legislation (including regulations, bylaws, ordinances, codes of practice, circulars and guidance notes made thereunder) relating to building, planning or environmental matters and dealing with (but without limitation) waste, contaminated land, discharges to land or ground and surface water or sewers, emissions to air, noise, dangerous, hazardous or toxic substances and materials, nuisance or health and safety and there are no actions, claims or Proceedings (whether actual or potential) existing in relation to such matters nor is likely to arise any liability in relation to such matters.
