Complimentary Card definition
Complimentary Card means a Gift Card issued by Target Companies for which no payment was made by the recipient or any other third party, or other consideration given by the recipient or any other third party or received by a Target Company.
Complimentary Card has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.27(c).
