Component A definition
Component A. As defined in the Preliminary Statement.
Component A shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
Component A means the component of the Loan designated as “A” in Section 2.1.5 hereof.
Examples of Component A in a sentence
Interest received on the ILPT 2025 Portfolio Mortgage Loan pursuant to the foregoing shall be applied to the Components sequentially to Component A, Component B and Component C, in that order, in each case to pay all accrued and outstanding interest on the ILPT 2025 Portfolio Mortgage Loan.
Principal received on the ILPT 2025 Portfolio Mortgage Loan pursuant to the foregoing shall be applied to the Components sequentially to Component A, Component B and Component C, in that order, in each case until the outstanding principal balance of each such Component is reduced to zero.
