Component Balance definition

Component Balance. With respect to any Component and any Distribution Date, the Initial Component Balance thereof on the Closing Date, (A) plus any increase in the Component Balance of such Component pursuant to Section 4.02 due to the receipt of Subsequent Recoveries, (B) minus the sum of all amounts applied in reduction of the principal balance of such Component and Realized Losses allocated thereto on previous Distribution Dates.
Component Balance. With respect to any Component and any Distribution Date, the Initial Component Balance thereof on the Closing Date, less all amounts applied in reduction of the principal balance of such Component and Realized Losses allocated thereto on previous Distribution Dates.
Component Balance. With respect to any PO Component and any date of determination, the Initial Component Balance of such Component minus the sum of (i) all distributions of principal made with respect thereto and (ii) all reductions in Component Balance previously allocated thereto pursuant to Section 5.03(b). The IO Components are interest-only Components and have no Component Balance.

Examples of Component Balance in a sentence

  • For any Group and on any Distribution Date, amounts distributed in respect of the PO Deferred Amounts (including the distribution of the PO Recoveries) will not reduce the Component Balance of the applicable PO Component.

  • Any such increase shall be applied pro rata to the Certificate Balance, Component Balance, Component Principal Balance, or Note Principal Balance of each Certificate or Note of each class.

  • Any such increases shall be applied to the Certificate Balance or Component Balance of each Certificate or Component, as applicable, of such Class in accordance with its respective Percentage Interest.

  • On any Distribution Date, amounts distributed in respect of Ratio Strip Deferred Amounts will not reduce the Component Balance of the applicable Class A-P Component.

Component Balance. With respect to any Distribution Date and Loan Group, the excess, if any, of (x) the sum of (i) the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group as of the Due Date in the month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs and (ii) the amount on deposit in the related Pre-Funding Account over (y) the Class Certificate Balance of the related Senior Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date.
