Component Factor definition

Component Factor means $ * plus the CPI Increment.
Component Factor. As to the X Component and any date of determination, a fraction the numerator of which is the then outstanding principal balance of the F Class and the denominator of which is the principal balance of the F Class as of the Issue Date, after giving effect to scheduled payments due on the Issue Date. As to the PO Component and any date of determination prior to the month in which the Class Balance of the F Class is reduced to zero, 1.00000000; and as to the PO Component and any date of determination in or after the month in which the Class Balance of the F Class is reduced to zero, a fraction the numerator of which is the then current Component Balance of the PO Component and the denominator of which is the Component Balance of the PO Component at the beginning of the month following the month in which the Class Balance of the F Class is reduced to zero. Component Factor. As to any date of determination and any Component (other than any Interest Only Component), a fraction the numerator of which is (i) the original Component Balance of such Component plus, in the case of each Accrual Component, all interest that has accrued on such Component prior to such date of determination and been added to the Component Balance thereof, less (ii) the aggregate amount of all Principal Distribution Amounts, if any, allocable thereto prior to such date of determination, and the denominator of which is the original Component Balance of such Component. As to any date of determination and any Interest Only Component, a fraction the numerator of which is (i) the percentage specified for such Interest Only Component multiplied by (ii) the then current principal balance of the Class or Component (or, if applicable, principal balance of the Mortgage-Backed Security) specified for such Interest Only Component under “Reference Sheet —“Notional [Class][es] [and Component][s]” in the related Prospectus Supplement (or if more than one percentage and Class (or Component or Mortgage-Backed Security) is so specified, the sum of the products described in this sentence) and the denominator of which is the original Component Balance of such Interest Only Component.

Examples of Component Factor in a sentence

  • As to any Component prior to the initial Distribution Date for the related Series, the original principal or notional principal balance of such Component; and as to any such Component subsequent to such initial Distribution Date, such original principal or notional principal balance multiplied by the then applicable Component Factor.

  • The Company must achieve an annual average rate of Return on Net Assets (“RONA”) of at least 1% for the Performance Period before any Award from the RONA Component Factor is payable.
