Component Ticker definition

Component Ticker means the Bloomberg ticker reference specified in the column entitled "Bloomberg Ticker for Component" of the Commodity Basket Table corresponding to the Component as set out in the column entitled "Component" of the same table (or any official successor thereto).
Component Ticker means, in respect of a Component, the Bloomberg ticker reference (or any official successor thereto) corresponding to such Component as specified in the Relevant General Strategy Description and/or Other Relevant Strategy Documentation Elements (or if not so specified and if such Component is a Terminal Component included in an Immediate Component, as determined in accordance with the rules of such Immediate Component).
Component Ticker means the Bloomberg ticker reference specified in the column titled “Bloomberg Ticker for Component” of the Basket Table corresponding to the Component as set out in the column titled “Component” of the same table (or any official successor thereto)."Corresponding Component" means, in respect of a Component in a Component Class, all other Components in such Component Class.“Exchange Business Day” means, in respect of any Affected Component and the Relevant Contract(s) underlying such Affected Component, any day:(a) on which the Relevant Exchange on which such Relevant Contract underlying such Affected Component is traded is scheduled to be open for trading for its regular trading session; and(b) that is a Basket Calculation Day.“Market Disruption Event” means in respect of each Component and a Trading Day (and a Market Disruption Event shall be deemed to exist on such Trading Day) if, in the opinion of the Calculation Agent, any one of the following occurs:(a) the settlement price for any contract underlying such Component is a “limit price” which means that the settlement price for such contract for a day has increased or decreased from the previous day's settlement price by the maximum amount permitted under applicable rules of the relevant trading facility; or(b) there is a failure by the applicable trading facility or other price source to announce or publish the settlement price for any contract underlying a Component; or(c) trading in any contract underlying such Component on the relevant trading facility is suspended or interrupted subsequent to the opening of trading and trading in such contract does not recommence at least 10 minutes prior to the regular scheduled close of trading in such contract on the relevant trading facility, or in the event trading does recommence at least 10minutes prior to the regular scheduled close oftrading, trading does not continue until the regular scheduled close of trading in such contract expiration on the relevant trading facility, provided that the occurrence or existence of a Market Disruption Event as contemplated in (a), (b) or (c) above in respect of any Component in a Component Class shall be deemed a Market Disruption Event in respect of all Corresponding Components in such Component Class, in which case, a Market Disruption Event shall be deemed to have occurred in respect of all of the Components in the Component Class and their respective Tradable Levels shall be determined pursuant to Additional Condit...

  • Component Balance With respect to any Component and any Distribution Date, the Initial Component Balance thereof on the Closing Date, (A) plus any increase in the Component Balance of such Component pursuant to Section 4.02 due to the receipt of Subsequent Recoveries, (B) minus the sum of all amounts applied in reduction of the principal balance of such Component and Realized Losses allocated thereto on previous Distribution Dates.

  • Subordinate Component Balance For any of Loan Group I, Loan Group II, Loan Group III, Loan Group IV or Loan Group V, as of any date of determination, the then outstanding aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans in that Loan Group minus the sum of the then outstanding aggregate Class Principal Balance of the related Classes of Class A Certificates.

  • Corresponding Component As identified in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Class of Non-Vertically Retained Principal Balance Certificates or Lower-Tier Regular Interest.

  • Components means articles, materials, and supplies incorporated directly into end products at any level of manufacture, fabrication, or assembly by the Contractor or any subcontractor.

  • Data Universal Numbering System +4 (DUNS+4) number means the DUNS number assigned by D&B plus a 4- character suffix that may be assigned by a business concern.
