Composite percentage definition

Composite percentage means the average of all minimum payment percentages for a specific credit transaction.
Composite percentage shall be computed as of the Effective Date and as of the last day of each month thereafter (the "computation date") and for any month the composite percentage shall be that computed as of the most recent computation date. "Composite percentage" as of a computation date shall be the sum of (i) the equity percentage as of such date multiplied by the percentage which equity investment as of such date is of the total capital as of such date, plus (ii) the stated interest rate per annum of each principal amount of indebtedness bearing a particular rate of interest outstanding on such date for money borrowed from persons other than Purchasers multiplied by the percentage which such principal amount is of total capital as of such date. "Equity percentage" as of any date shall be whatever percentage per annum may be authorized from time to time by FERC. "Common stock equity investment" as of any date shall consist of equity investment as of such date less the aggregate par value of all issues of preferred stock outstanding on such date.

The "effective interest rate" of each principal amount of long-term debt referred to in clause (ii) will reflect the annual interest requirements and to the extent applicable, amortization of issuance expenses and discounts and premiums and sinking fund call premiums, and expenses and discounts, refunding and retirement expenses and discounts and premiums, and all other expenses applicable to the issue of such indebtedness. The "effective dividend rate" of each series of preferred stock referred to in clause (iii) will reflect the annual dividend requirements, and to the extent applicable, amortization of issuance expenses and discounts and premiums, sinking fund call premiums and expenses and discounts, refunding and retirement expenses and discounts and premiums, and all other expenses applicable to each such issue of preferred stock.

  • Requisite Percentage shall have the meaning set forth in Section 23(c)(i) hereof.

  • Note Percentage means (i) for each Payment Date until the aggregate principal amount of each Class of Notes has been paid in full, 100%; and (ii) thereafter, 0%.

  • Participation Percentage means the rounded percentage of the total actual Project costs that will be contributed by the OPWC, not to exceed the maximum dollar contribution of the OPWC identified in this Project Agreement, and the rounded percentage of the total actual Project costs that will be contributed by the Recipient. Both percentages are identified in Appendix B. If the total actual Project costs exceed the estimated Project costs identified in Appendix B, the Local Subdivision Participation Percentage will increase to reflect the cost overrun, while the OPWC percentage contribution will decrease recognizing that there is a maximum dollar contribution from the OPWC which is identified in this Project Agreement.

  • Asset Percentage has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(ii).

  • Facility Fee Percentage means, as of any date, the percentage set forth in the column headed “Facility Fee Percentage” in Section 2.3 that is in effect on such date.

  • Class A Percentage As to any Distribution Date occurring on or prior to the Cross-Over Date, the lesser of (i) 100% and (ii) the percentage obtained by dividing the Class A Non-PO Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) by the Pool Balance (Non-PO Portion). As to any Distribution Date occurring subsequent to the Cross-Over Date, 100% or such lesser percentage which will cause the Class A Non-PO Principal Balance to decline to zero following the distribution made on such Distribution Date.

  • Applicable Dollar Percentage means, with respect to any Dollar Lender, the percentage of the total Dollar Commitments represented by such Dollar Lender’s Dollar Commitment. If the Dollar Commitments have terminated or expired, the Applicable Dollar Percentages shall be determined based upon the Dollar Commitments most recently in effect, giving effect to any assignments.
