Comprehensive Land Use Plan definition

Comprehensive Land Use Plan means a plan with a number of elements adopted by the city council under the state Growth Management Act (GMA) as a guide to the growth and improvement of the city, including modifications or refinements whichrefinements that may be made from time to time.
