If an MLS Team or MLS receives prize money by virtue of the Team’s performance and/or participation in a Compulsory Tournament or Non-Compulsory Tournament (other than the tournaments set forth above i.e., US Open Cup, Canadian Championship, CCL), Players competing in that tournament will receive the following: o If the Team or MLS receives prize money, fifty percent (50%) of such prize money up to a maximum payment to the Players (collectively) of $750,000 per tournament.
If these requirements are met and the Club 2020 schedules exhibition matches or a tournament (other than ▇ 2021 Compulsory Tournament) during this time period, Players may be 2022 required to report to training no earlier than five (5) days prior to 2023 the start of such matches.
By way of example, if a Player was required to work for six 630 (6) days in January in connection with an exhibition match or Non- 631 Compulsory Tournament, the Player would be provided with his Base 632 Compensation for those six (6) days as if they took place during the 633 Standard Compensation Period.
By way of example, if a Player was required to work for six 626 (6) days in January in connection with an exhibition match or Non- 627 Compulsory Tournament, the Player would be provided with his Base 628 Compensation for those six (6) days as if they took place during the 629 Standard Compensation Period.
If these requirements are met and the Club 2139 schedules exhibition matches or a tournament (other than a 2140 Compulsory Tournament) during this time period, Players may be 2141 required to report to training no earlier than five (5) days prior to 2142 the start of such matches.
