  • Any user of the AOL Network, including authorized users (including any sub-accounts under an authorized master account) of the AOL Service and/or the CompuServe Service.

  • The CompuServe Service shall have the second position within the "online services folder" (or successor or replacement product) on each Product, provided that upon the launch date of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ shall have the first position within the "online services folder", AOL Services shall have the second position within the "online services folder", and the Compuserve Service shall have the third position within the "online services folder".

  • MP will create a customized start ------------------------------ page to which the Promotions shall link (the "Co-Branded Entry Page") (to the extent consistent with the terms hereof), including distinct versions of the Co-Branded Entry Page for each applicable property of the AOL Network as set forth below (e.g., one for linking from the AOL Service which is co-branded with the AOL brand, one for linking from the CompuServe Service which is co-branded with the CompuServe brand, etc.).

  • Any person or entity who registers for the AOL Service (or the CompuServe Service) during the Term hereof as a result of an AOL Promo button referenced in Exhibit C attached hereto and using MP's special promotion identifier (connected therewith) and who pays the then-standard fees required for membership to the AOL Service (or the CompuServe Service) through at least three (3) consecutive monthly billing cycles.

  • Such consumer offers to be similar in structure to the original Consumer Rebate Offer and could include AOL Classic Service, CompuServe Service and/or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.

  • MERCHANT will provide all hardware, software, telecommunications lines and other infrastructure necessary to meet traffic demands on the Merchant Site from the AOL Service, ▇▇▇.▇▇▇ and the CompuServe Service, except for the proprietary client software necessary to access the AOL and CompuServe Services.

  • AOL reserves the right to redesign or modify the organization, navigation, structure, "look and feel" and other elements of the AOL Service, ▇▇▇.▇▇▇ and the CompuServe Service, at its; sole discretion at any time without prior notice.

  • The AOL Software to be loaded shall include, in each case, the then-current version of the AOL Classic Service, the CompuServe Service, Netscape Navigator Browser Software, AIM Software, and ICQ Software (replacing, if necessary, any older versions of such software contained in the online services folder or similar area on the Products).

  • The primary entry box embedded in the client for the AOL Service or CompuServe Service which is used as the primary point for user search and/or navigation of the AOL Service or CompuServe Service, as the case may be, and the Internet.

  • The Keyword online search terms made available on the AOL Service, combining AOL's Keyword online search modifier with a term or phrase specifically related to ICP (and determined in accordance with the terms of this Agreement) and (b) the Go Word online search terms made available on the CompuServe Service, combining CompuServe's Go Word online search modifier with a term or phrase specifically related to ICP (and determined in accordance with the terms of this Agreement).
