CompuServe Service definition

CompuServe Service means the U.S. version of the CompuServe(R) brand commercial online service.
CompuServe Service means the standard, narrow-band U.S. version of the CompuServe(TM) brand service, specifically excluding the AOL Standard Service Exclusions (e.g., specifically excluding, without limitation, xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, xxxxxx.xxx and xx.xxx).

  • Any user of the AOL Network, including authorized users (including any sub-accounts under an authorized master account) of the AOL Service and/or the CompuServe Service.

  • MERCHANT will provide AOL with monthly reports, in a form reasonably satisfactory to AOL, which detail the number of daily items, orders and gross sales through the Merchant Site on the AOL Service, AOL.com, the CompuServe Service and the Netscape Netcenter (as applicable).

  • MERCHANT will pay AOL [** confidential treatment requested**] for displaying the Promotion within the Shopping Channel on the AOL Service, AOL.com, the CompuServe Service and the Netscape Netcenter.

  • Any person or entity who registers for the AOL Service (or the CompuServe Service) during the Term hereof as a result of an AOL Promo button referenced in Exhibit C attached hereto and using MP's special promotion identifier (connected therewith) and who pays the then-standard fees required for membership to the AOL Service (or the CompuServe Service) through at least three (3) consecutive monthly billing cycles.

  • The CompuServe Service shall have the second position within the "online services folder" (or successor or replacement product) on each Product, provided that upon the launch date of xXxxxxxxx.Xxx, xXxxxxxxx.Xxx shall have the first position within the "online services folder", AOL Services shall have the second position within the "online services folder", and the Compuserve Service shall have the third position within the "online services folder".

  • MERCHANT will pay AOL [***] for displaying the Promotion on the AOL Service, XXX.xxx and the CompuServe Service.

  • AOL will provide approximately [****] of the Programmable Space for ICP to provide Content on the Wedding Department main screen of the CompuServe Service (the "ICP Wedding Department Screen Space").

  • AOL reserves the right to redesign or modify the organization, navigation, structure, "look and feel" and other elements of the AOL Service, XXX.xxx and the CompuServe Service, at its; sole discretion at any time without prior notice.

  • Wholesale Service means Telecommunication Services that Sprint provides at retail to subscribers who are not telecommunications carriers as set forth in 47 USC § 251(c)(4) which Sprint provides to resellers at a wholesale rate.

  • Actual service means the total straight-time pay hours accumulated in a title. The first 240 hours per year of authorized unpaid time off for non- disciplinary reasons shall not be deducted from actual service.

  • Active Service means a Covered Person is either 1) actively at work performing all regular duties at his or her employer’s place of business or someplace the employer requires him or her to be; 2) employed, but on a scheduled holiday, vacation day, or period of approved paid leave of absence; or 3) if not employed, able to engage in substantially all of the usual activities of a person in good health of like age and sex and not confined in a Hospital or rehabilitation or rest facility.

  • Service in the uniformed services means the performance of duty on a voluntary or involuntary basis in a uniformed service under competent authority and includes active duty, active duty for training, initial active duty for training, inactive duty training, full-time national guard duty including state-ordered active duty, and a period for which a person is absent from a position of employment for the purpose of an examination to determine the fitness of the person to perform any such duty.
