Computer Security Auditor definition

Computer Security Auditor means: 1) DOJ approved computer security personnel hired by the County Recorder to perform independent audits, and 2) A role assigned by the County Recorder to the Computer Security Auditor who is authorized to review transaction logs and conduct tests on computer security mechanisms. A Computer Security Auditor may not be an Authorized Submitter, Agent, County Recorder Designee, ERDS Account Administrator, ERDS System Administrator or Vendor of ERDS Software. This role requires fingerprinting. A Computer Security Auditor shall be issued a certificate of approval by the ERDS Program.
