Computer Use definition

Computer Use means the use of a State computer and/or the State’s electronic systems, including networks, software, electronic mail (e-mail), use of the Internet, assigned mobile devices such as cellular phones, laptops and tablets, and the storage of and access to files through such computers or systems.

  • Computer software means computer programs, source code, source code listings, object code listings, design details, algorithms, processes, flow charts, formulae and related material that would enable the software to be reproduced, recreated, or recompiled. Computer software does not include computer data bases or computer software documentation.

  • Computer data means any representation of facts, information or concepts in a form suitable for processing in a computer system, including a program suitable to cause a computer system to perform a function;
