Concession Areas definition

Concession Areas means the areas forming part of the Parks allocated to the Caterer by The Parks Trust being initially the areas shown marked with a red cross on the location plans attached in the Schedule.
Concession Areas is limited to the boundaries of those concession areas identified in the 2005 Visitor Services Plan that Napa County has agreed to manage in conformance with the terms incorporated by Exhibit M to this agreement.
Concession Areas shall have the meaning set forth in Section 73 hereof entitled “Consumer Services”.

Examples of Concession Areas in a sentence

  • Any inventory balances not used in other Concession Areas, upon authorization of ANP, shall be treated as reduction of cost in the Operations.

  • The tolling arrangements at the interface between two Concession Areas shall be agreed between the Concessionaires concerned and NHA in consultation with any other provincial and/or local governments, if involved.

  • The Borough of Paramus representatives and/or agents may pass through and/or inspect the Concession Areas and its entirety at any time without prior notification to the successful Vendor.

More Definitions of Concession Areas

Concession Areas shall have the meaning given such term in paragraph (b) of Section 73 hereof.
Concession Areas has the meaning given to it in the Framework Agreement.
Concession Areas shall have the meaning given to that term in the Joint Venture Framework Agreement between BSG Resources Limited and Vale S.A. (the "Framework Agreement").

Related to Concession Areas

  • Concession Area means particulars of the area as more particularly described in Form A of West Bengal Minor Minerals (Auction) Rules, 2016.

  • mining areas means the areas delineated and coloured red on the Plan marked “A” initialled by or on behalf of the parties hereto for the purposes of identification;

  • mining area means all those pieces of land containing two hundred and forty‑six (246) square miles or thereabouts situate in what is known to the parties as the “Xxx Xxxxx‑Siberia Nickel Laterite Area” the subject of the mineral claims applications for mineral claims and Temporary Reserves listed in the First Schedule hereto which are generally delineated and respectively coloured green and orange and red in the plan marked “X” signed by or on behalf of the parties for the purpose of identification;

  • Leased Premises means the Leased Premises as defined in Paragraph 1.

  • Easement Area means the area of the servient lot marked on the survey-strata plan as being subject to the relevant easement; and

  • the Premises means the building or part of the building booked and referred to in the contract

  • Leased space means a self−service storage unit or a space located within a self−service storage facility that a lessee is enti- tled to use for the storage of personal property on a self−service basis pursuant to a rental agreement and that is not rented or pro- vided to the lessee in conjunction with property for residential use by the lessee.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Subleased Premises means all that portion of the Leased Premises referred to as airport lot as outlined on the site diagram attached as Schedule "A" to this Sublease; and

  • Demised Premises or “Premises” (and whether or not capitalized) is used herein, it shall be understood to mean the “premises leased hereby”; and whenever the term “Entire Premises” is used herein (and whether or not capitalized), it shall be understood to mean all of the contiguous land and buildings owned by Landlord at this location, which include the premises leased hereby. The term “Non-leased Premises” shall mean the Entire Premises less the Leased Premises.

  • Lease Area means the Lease Area as more particularly described in SCHEDULE C.

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • The Building means any building of which the Property forms part.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • communal land means land under the jurisdiction of a traditional council determined in terms of section 6 of the Eastern Cape Traditional Leadership and Governance Act, (Act 4 of 2005) and which was at any time vested in -

  • Leased Area means the Crown land referred to in, subclause (1) of clause 9 hereof; [“mineral lease”] 4

  • Leased Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Riparian area means the transition area between flowing water and terrestrial (land) ecosystems composed of trees, shrubs and surrounding vegetation which serve to stabilize erodible soil, improve both surface and ground water quality, increase stream shading and enhance wildlife habitat.

  • Urban areas means the areas covered by all Municipal Corporations and other Municipalities including the areas falling under the various Urban Development Authorities, Cantonment Authorities and industrial estates or townships, excluding the areas covered under Class-I Cities;

  • Dining area means a public room or area in which meals are regularly served.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Planning area means a planning area or a development area or a local planning area or a regional development plan area, by whatever name called, or any other area specified as such by the appropriate Government or any competent authority and includes any area designated by the appropriate Government or the competent authority to be a planning area for future planned development, under the law relating to Town and Country Planning for the time being in force and as revised from time to time;
