Concession Period definition

Concession Period means the period starting on and from the Appointed Date and ending on the Transfer Date;
Concession Period means the period of the Concession specified in Article 2.2 of this Agreement.
Concession Period shall have the meaning ascribed to it in under Article 2 of this Agreement.

  • The Performance Security shall remain in force and effect throughout the period of Concession Agreement and shall be released within 3 (three) months after the expiry of Concession Period, provided, however, that the Performance Security shall not be released and shall be kept alive by the Concessionaire if the Concessionaire is in breach of this Agreement.
