Concession Period definition

Concession Period means the period starting on and from the Appointed Date and ending on the Transfer Date;
Concession Period means the period of the Concession specified in Article 2.2 of this Agreement.
Concession Period shall have the meaning ascribed to it in under Article 2 of this Agreement.

  • The Authority shall appoint, no later than [90 (ninety)] days from the Execution Date, a third- party agency (the “Independent Expert”) for the Concession Period.

  • In the event that the Concessionaire intends to undertake any such services, it shall obtain all necessary applicable permits in accordance with such Change in Law and comply with such Change in Law throughout the Concession Period.

Concession Period or “Term” of Concession Agreement
