Concession Period definition

Concession Period means the period starting on and from the Appointed Date and ending on the Transfer Date;
Concession Period shall have the meaning ascribed to it in under Article 2 of this Agreement.
Concession Period means the period as applicable specified in Clause 2.2.

  • Save and except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, in the event that the Project or any part thereof suffers any loss or damage during the Concession Period from any cause whatsoever, the Concessionaire shall, at its cost and expense, rectify and remedy such loss or damage forthwith so that the Project conforms to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties agree that any land acquired by the Concessionaire under this Clause shall be retained by it after the Transfer Date and the Authority shall have no right or lien on such land at any time during or after the Concession Period.
