The full Accommodation Fees for the Licence Period are payable within 14 days of invoice, unless the Student has agreed with the University in advance a Payment Plan.
Upon termination of this Agreement due to the expiration of the Licence Period, User shall be entitled to use the Software for the Additional period, and User acknowledges that the functionality of the Software may be limited during the Additional period and the Provider is not obliged to provide services to their full extent and in terms according to this Agreement.
The Student will be responsible for payment of any Council Tax on the Accommodation and will refund to the University any Council Tax which the University is called upon to pay in respect of the Accommodation for the Licence Period or any part of it.
This Agreement is concluded for a fixed term, for the Licence Period, and shall terminate exclusively as follows: by the expiration of the Licensing Period (at the end of any consecutive Licensing Period); by written agreement of the Parties; and/or by withdrawing from the Agreement in accordance with Article 9 of this Agreement; by the end of the Free trial period if the User informs the Provider in writing prior to end of the Free trial period that they are not interested in the Software any longer.
Unless the Student has made arrangements with the Accommodation Office for late arrival the University may terminate this Agreement if the Student has not taken up occupancy within two weeks of the commencement of the Licence Period and the Student will forfeit the Deposit and be liable in addition to pay a proportion of the Accommodation Fees for the week from the commencement of the Licence Period.
