Conciliation Service definition

Conciliation Service means the Workers’ Compensation Conciliation Service established under section 181 of the Act.
Conciliation Service means the Accident Compensation Conciliation Service established under section 52A of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 as in force immediately before 1 July 2014;";

  • The Employee Relations Board shall attempt to obtain the services of a mediator from the State Mediation and Conciliation Service.
