E-Statement means an electronic version of daily confirms, monthly, quarterly or annual statements, and shareholder tax statements created with investor transaction data housed on DST’s TA2000® mutual fund record keeping system, with images available online via a secure web site.
Landlord’s Statement means an instrument or instruments containing a comparison of any increase or decrease in the Rent for the preceding Comparison Year pursuant to the provisions of this Article 28.
Operating Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 27.1 hereof.
Compliance Statement is that certain statement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Final Statement means the statement defined in Sub-Clause 14.11 [Application for Final Payment Certificate].
Root Cause Analysis Report means a report addressing a problem or non-conformance, in order to get to the ‘root cause’ of the problem, which thereby assists in correcting or eliminating the cause, and prevent the problem from recurring.
CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report The monthly report in the “Operating Statement Analysis Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

CMSA Operating Statement Analysis Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Operating Statement Analysis Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions generally.
Objections Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 1.02(d).
Billing Statement has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.18(g).
Rule 482 Statement means a document that contains the number of Securities issued, the offering price and any other items dependent upon the offering price, prepared in accordance with the provisions of Rule 482 of the 1933 Act, a copy of which shall be attached as Schedule D hereto. “Statutory Prospectus” as of any time means the prospectus relating to the Securities that is included in the Registration Statement immediately prior to that time, including any document incorporated by reference therein. Each preliminary prospectus and the prospectus filed as part of the effective Registration Statement or as part of any amendment thereto, or filed pursuant to Rule 497 under the 1933 Act, complied when so filed in all material respects with the Rules and Regulations and each preliminary prospectus and the Prospectus delivered to the Underwriters for use in connection with this offering was identical to the electronically transmitted copies thereof filed with the Commission pursuant to XXXXX, except to the extent permitted by Regulation S-T. If a Rule 462(b) Registration Statement is required in connection with the offering and sale of the Securities, the Fund has complied or will comply with the requirements of Rule 111 under the 1933 Act Rules and Regulations and Rule 3a of the Commission’s Internal and Other Procedures (“Rule 3a”) relating to the payment of filing fees thereof. The Fund, subject to the Registration Statement having been declared effective and the filing of the Prospectus under Rule 497, has taken all required action under the 1933 Act, the 1940 Act, the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “1934 Act”) and the Rules and Regulations to make the public offering and consummate the sale of the Securities as contemplated by this Agreement.
Annual Statement means the annual statutory financial statement of any Insurance Subsidiary required to be filed with the insurance commissioner (or similar authority) of its jurisdiction of incorporation, which statement shall be in the form required by such Insurance Subsidiary’s jurisdiction of incorporation or, if no specific form is so required, in the form of financial statements permitted by such insurance commissioner (or such similar authority) to be used for filing annual statutory financial statements and shall contain the type of information permitted by such insurance commissioner (or such similar authority) to be disclosed therein, together with all exhibits or schedules filed therewith.
Payment Date Statement means a report setting forth certain information relating to the Reference Pool, the Notes, the Reference Tranches and the hypothetical structure described in the Prospectus, which shall be in such form as is required under the Prospectus and otherwise as agreed upon between the Issuer and the Global Agent.
untrue statement means any untrue statement or alleged untrue statement, or any omission or alleged omission to state in the Registration Statement a material fact required to be stated therein or necessary to make the statements therein, in the light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading.
Closing Statement means the Closing Statement in the form on Annex A attached hereto.
Listing Statement means the listing statement of Purchaser pertaining to the Transaction and in the form prescribed by the CSE;
Statement Cycle means the period of time for which our credit union provides a summary of the financial activities and transactions that post and settle to the accountholder's account. Offering Statement means the offering statement on Form 1-A (File No. [_________]) filed by the Company with the Commission on [_________], and the offering circular filed pursuant to Rule 253(g)(2) of the Securities Act on [_________], pursuant to which the Company has qualified for sale a maximum of $50,000,000 of its Common Shares under Regulation A of the Securities Act, as such offering statement may be amended or supplemented from time to time, or such other offering statements that the Company may qualify or register under the Securities Act from time to time.
Closing Date Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.06(b).
Acoustic Assessment Report means the report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233 and Appendix A of the Basic Comprehensive User Guide,by HGC Engineering and dated August 22, 2008 submitted in support of the application, that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facility and includes all up-dated Acoustic Assessment Reports as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate to demonstrate continued compliance with the Performance Limits following the implementation of any Modification.
Adjustment Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a).
Preliminary Closing Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).
Final Report means the report described as a final report in 14 RCW 42.17.080(2).
Post-Closing Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(c).
Review Package A package of documents consisting of a memorandum outlining the analysis and recommendation (in accordance with the Servicing Standard) of the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, with respect to the matters that are the subject thereof, and copies of all relevant documentation.
