Concrete Foundation Specifications means the technical specifications relating to the Concrete Foundation, wherever located and whenever issued, supplied by Konex to the Customer, detailing the load, force, torque, and other such technical requirements of the Concrete Foundation necessarily incidental to the installation of the Cable System thereon;
