Condition Reports definition

Condition Reports means a Consolidated Report of Condition or Consolidated Report of Income in the case of a commercial bank, trust company, or international agency, a Thrift Financial Report in the case of a savings association, or a call report in the case of a credit union, submitted to OFR in compliance with section 655.045(2), F.S.

  • Phase I work, if required, may consist of conducting route surveys, hydraulic surveys, hydraulic analysis, geometric studies, preparing Bridge Condition Reports, Hydraulic Reports, Structure Geotechnical Reports, Type, Size and Location (TS&L) plans, Intersection Design Studies (IDSs), and Project Reports (categorical exclusion projects only).

  • Site Condition Reports: Immediately on discovery of a difference between site conditions and the Contract Documents, prepare and submit a detailed report.

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Envision Compliance and dated July 3, 2007 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information);
