Condition Reports definition

Condition Reports means a Consolidated Report of Condition or Consolidated Report of Income in the case of a commercial bank, trust company, or international agency, a Thrift Financial Report in the case of a savings association, or a call report in the case of a credit union, submitted to OFR in compliance with section 655.045(2), F.S.

Condition Reports means reports to be generated by PREMIER that shall show the current condition of the Specimens and the need for any further Conservation Procedures at any given time.

Examples of Condition Reports in a sentence

  • Except as set forth in the Environmental Reports (as such term is defined in the Disclosure Agreement), or the Property Condition Reports (as such term is defined in the (Disclosure Agreement), or as otherwise set forth in the Disclosure Agreement, the Property is in good condition and repair and is free from any damage that would materially and adversely affect the value of the Property as security for the Loan or the intended use of the Property.

  • To the Borrowers' Knowledge after due inquiry, and except as disclosed in the Property Condition Reports, any septic system located at any of the Properties is in good and safe condition and repair and in compliance with all applicable law.

  • The Recipient’s compliance with the Performance Goals will be measured by information that the Recipient submits in its Financial Condition Reports and Performance Reports.

  • Such practicable descriptions of damage cannot be definitive, and in providing Condition Reports, we cannot guarantee that there are no other defects present which have not been mentioned.

  • Throughout the Period of Performance identified in this Assistance Agreement, the Recipient must provide to the CDFI Fund Annual Reports, which are comprised of two parts: Financial Condition Reports and Performance Reports.

  • The Premises Condition Reports attached as Schedule 7 will be evidence of the condition of the Premises and the Lessor's Fixtures and Fittings at the Commencement Date.

  • Each Lessee will comply with the requirements of law and the requirements of the Vehicle Disposition Programs in connection with, among other things, the delivery of Certificates of Title, documents of transfer signed as necessary, signed Condition Reports, and signed odometer statements for the Program Vehicles.
