Conditions Subsequent definition

Conditions Subsequent means all documents and evidence required to be delivered by the Issuer pursuant to Clause 5.3 (Conditions Subsequent).

Conditions Subsequent means the documents and evidence set out in Schedule 2 part IV (Conditions Subsequent relating to Initial Notes).

• Timely completion of all the milestones i.e. signing of PPA, meeting Financial Closure Requirements/ Conditions Subsequent (PPA), Commissioning etc.

More Definitions of Conditions Subsequent

Conditions Subsequent means each of the conditions set forth on Schedule VIII.
