This Agreement, along with the description of services to be performed attached as Exhibit A and the Standard Conditions to Oregon City Personal Services Agreement attached as Exhibit B, contain the entire agreement between and among the parties, integrate all the terms and conditions mentioned herein or incidental hereto, and supersede all prior written or oral discussions or agreements between the parties or their predecessors-in-interest with respect to all or any part of the subject matter hereof.

Where more than one Calculation Agent is appointed in respect of the Notes, references in these Conditions to the Calculation Agent shall be construed as each Calculation Agent performing its respective duties under the Conditions.
In the event there is any discrepancy, misstatement or error appearing in translations of the particulars and the Terms and Conditions to any other language (if any), the Terms and Conditions in the English Language version shall prevail.
We may debit the amount of all fees, charges, taxes and other amounts payable by you in connection with these Terms and Conditions to such Account after reasonable notice to you.
