Conduct Board definition

Conduct Board. (Board) means a group of students or students, faculty, and staff authorized to determine violations of this Code through a Student Conduct Review.
Conduct Board means any person(s) authorized by the Vice President for Student Affairs or designee to determine whether a student has violated the Code.
Conduct Board means any person or persons authorized by the director of student conduct/student conduct coordinator/vice president of enrollment management and student affairs or designee to determine whether a student has violated the Code of Student Conduct and to recommend sanctions that may be imposed when a rules violation has been commi ed.

Examples of Conduct Board in a sentence

  • Upon written request to the Superintendent or designate from the Ministry of Education, an employee who is appointed or elected to the BC Teachers’ Council or appointed to the Disciplinary or Professional Conduct Board shall be entitled to a leave of absence with pay and shall be deemed to be in the full employ of the board as defined in Article G.6.1.

  • Upon written request to the superintendent or designate from the Ministry of Education, a teacher teaching on call (TTOC) who is appointed or elected to the BC Teachers’ Council or appointed to the Disciplinary and Professional Conduct Board shall be considered on leave and shall be deemed to be in the full employ of the Board as defined in Article A.10.1 above.
