Conduit Support Document definition
Conduit Support Document means, with respect to any Conduit Purchaser, any agreement entered into by the applicable Conduit Support Provider providing for the issuance of one or more letters of credit for the account of such Conduit Purchaser, the issuance of one or more surety bonds for which such Conduit Purchaser is obligated to reimburse the applicable Conduit Support Provider for any drawings thereunder, the sale by such Conduit Purchaser to any Conduit Support Provider of a Series 2017-VFN Note (or any portion thereof) and/or the making of loans and/or other extensions of credit to such Conduit Purchaser in connection with such Conduit Purchaser’s securitization program (whether for liquidity or credit enhancement support), together with any letter of credit, surety bond or other instrument issued thereunder, including, without limitation of the foregoing, a liquidity asset purchase agreement related to the Series 2017-VFN Note.
Conduit Support Document means any agreement entered into by any Support Provider providing for the issuance of one or more letters of credit for the account of any Conduit Purchaser, the issuance of one or more surety bonds for which any Conduit Purchaser is obligated to reimburse the applicable Support Provider for any drawings thereunder, the sale by any Conduit Purchaser to any Support Provider of its interest in the Receivables (or any portion thereof) and/or the making of loans and/or other extensions of credit to any Conduit Purchaser in connection with such Conduit Purchaser’s securitization program (whether for liquidity or credit enhancement support), together with any letter of credit, surety bond or other instrument issued thereunder.
