Conexant Common Stock definition

Conexant Common Stock means the Common Stock, par value of $1 per share, of Conexant and the associated preferred share purchase rights.
Conexant Common Stock shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals.
Conexant Common Stock means the common stock, par value $.01 per share, of Conexant.
